Cosmic Boat - Vintage Cartoon Opening Sequence

If Cosmic Boat was a cheaply produced limited animation cartoon from the 1960s, it might be something like this.

My first fanzine: Puddle #1

From 1988, this is Puddle Fanzine number one. Twelve pages of exploratory punk rock self-publishing. Download the complete issue as a PDF. Puddle existed in one form or another through issue #9, unleashed on the unsuspecting world in '92 or so. I'm planning to scan them all for posterity's sake. Watch for future cringe-worthy installments in this space.

Space Battles

Continuing my recent theme of sharing drawings from my the next installment of my epic comic, Cosmic Boat, here is a picture I snapped of the completed two page spread. This illustration features the ship, Bud Shulberg, taking part in the Battle of Paper Nebula. This is officially the last drawing for chapter 2 of the comic, appearing soon in the next issue of MOUTH Magazine.

Cosmic Boat Chapter 2 Progress

Here are two finished pages - minus dialog and "sound" effects - from the next chapter of my space opera comic strip, Cosmic Boat, soon to appear in the next issue of MOUTH Magazine. I've been working hard to make sure it actually makes sense and the interesting ideas I have for the series are apparent to anyone that might read it.
